Martin Bow exploded...what would you do?

My son's upper limb on his Martin Firecat blew up on him Saturday while target shooting. The upper limb is supposed to have a "lifetime warranty". So, I called Martin on Monday and told them what happened. The lady said their warehouse burned down in 2015 and since the bow was older than that they don't have any parts for it. She said all they would do is offer me about 25% off a new bow purchase. I told her that's not right.... I bought a bow with a lifetime warranty on the part that exploded and I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket to get a functioning bow. She said someone would call me within 24 hours to discuss but they won't do anything but discount a new bow. I asked her if she thought that was a good way to handle customer service and she said no but "it is what it is". They never even called me back. Call back and stand my ground or throw this Martin Bow in a dumpster and move on?

He's fine. The limb just looks like it exploded in the center but didn't come completely apart. It did it on the draw cycle, not the shot. I did google Martin limb problems and they have a horrible reputation apparently.

Call back and stand your ground. Uncontrollable for the fire but that doesnt mean they have to stop warranty work.

Thank God for that. I'd say trash it sadly. More so especially since the factory burn't to the ground and move on.
Additionally I would write a review of how poorly handled it was.

Stand your ground. I shot Martin for years and love them. I would go talk to a local dealer and ask them what to do or intercede on your behalf with Martin. A lifetime warranty is just that. If they don't honor time to take your business elsewhere and never look back. Sorry for you're having this problem. Seems like more and more folks can't live up to promises. I have a saying. It applies to businesses as well. I will teach it to my boys who are too young to understand it now, but will someday.

A man is only as good as his word. Your word is your own and no one else can control what you say. If you give your word you live up to it. Whether it's right or not you will be judged by it. Don't fail yourself or others and do what you say you will do. A man who has a reputation of integrity will always be able to go to bed at night with a clear conscious and know that he has done right in the eyes of his maker. A man like that can be trusted and will have an advantage over his competition. Always take the high road and never compromise yourself or values for the gain of another. This makes you a winner no matter the circumstances.

                  Just my 2 cents.

Stand your ground. Tell them, their responses are being posted on TBH and you update the thread with each development tens of thousands are reading it. If that's the road they want to go down, they can. Secondly, I wouldn't buy a new Martin if they won't honor the warranty. If they want to send your son a new bow because they cannot honor it, that's fine. Anything less would be unacceptable to me.

Maybe have better luck throwing AT around than tbh. Martin is about as popular as clam chowder is down here in the south

I shoot a Martin and have purchased 3 models from them. This puts a sour taste in my mouth though. That is horrible customer service. I would think that the business lost would outweigh the cost of remaking the mold....but I guess not.

I haven't messed with bows in a long time, but I'd offer to pay the difference between the new bow of your choice and the bow you had. If they didn't accept that, then social media can give a company a quick new perspective. Be cordial, be fair, but stand firm.

Hammer them on social media. That is not acceptable. Start thread everywhere. If that is how they are going to treat customers people need to know about it.

Editing to add, I'm usually against blasting companies online because usually people do it before trying to let the company rectify the situation. They clearly don't want to rectify the situation.

25% can not be their profit margin.
