I was in a similar situation and went to northern Alberta to hunt black bear. It ended up being about that much. Maybe a smidge more for taxidermy.

I would go back to Northern Saskatchewan to hunt trophy black bear. You also fish for Walleye, Northern Pike and Lake Trout the entire time you are there. I think it is a great 7 day hunt and your chances for a 20"+ bear are very, very good with the right outfitter.
