I think a guided bear/elk/mule deer hunt can be done for around that. A lot depends on circumstance though and what kind of hunt you want to do. That is where I would look if I was looking for a hunt around 4500.

4500 won't get you much. If that was my budget I would be looking for an exotic hunt here in TX or possibly a pronghorn hunt. Unless you are DIY elk and the like are probably going to be out of budget.

No worries! You said 4500 won't get you "much" and others say it will get you to Africa. I personally would take Africa over Tx for 4500 thats mine for the OP.
