The most value for $4500 would be a midwest whitetail IMO. Next would be Canada Black Bear.

For about $3000 you can hunt Kansas and kill a monster whitetail. Hunting that part of the country is amazing

I have 5 pref points for Iowa, so $4500.00 would cover a very good outfitter...

I'm kinda cheap...but I like buying new bows. So, I'd probably spend $1,500 on DIY elk in Colorado and squander the rest on bows.

Bingo, if $4500 will get it done. I think you'd still be out travel expenses if you booked with a nice outfit that had a proven record of producing top deer.

$3000 will get you 2-4 animals, 7 days, food, lodging, guide.

$2000 at superior safaris in limpopo will get you 7 days, food, lodge, guide, blue wildebeest and an impala.
