At what age did you get tired??

I'm 54 and have worked my azz off all my life, this year has been tough for me and the only thing I can figure is the humility has been high, anyone else in my age group dealing well with the humidity.

Check out the thread on low testosterone. Might be something like that going on in your body (along with getting older).

i don't want the side effect of testosterone replacement. I've checked in to it.

Is it humility or humidity you struggle with?

55 was like hitting a wall. No energy, massive weight gain.

Also 54 work outside every day. Some days are better than others, but it is hard this time of the year.

i don't drink soda or monsters. Mainly water during the day and a few beers at night.

Just messing with you. Heck I'm 38 and struggle with the humidity. My dad turns 59 next month and has really had to slow down the last couple years. He's realizing his body just can't handle what his mind still thinks it can. It's been a blow to his pride.

Same for my dad. Got his first broken bone at 59 about 2 months ago trying to do stuff 25 year olds do.

He's going to be more conservative moving forward I think.

We already don't do any work between 11 and 3 anymore outside. Too dang hot. It's like a sauna out there today over here.

yes sir! I've always been gung ho, but this year has sucked! It hasn't been real hot but the humidity is hurting me.
