What to cook with ground venison?

With season quickly approaching we are trying to make room in the freezer. Besides chili or taco soup, what is a good way to use a large amount of ground venison that we could give to others for them to eat leftover this week?

Spaghetti meat sauce from scratch is always a hit at my house. Lots of sweet basil, Shrooms and black olives too. I usually add some sweet and some hot Italian sausage to stretch it out a bit.
Garlic buttered french bread and get out my way.

I use it for anything I'd use store bought burger for.

You can also form some patties and chicken fry it!

Sloppy joes, stuffed bell peppers, enchiladas, tacos, etc. The list goes on. Anything you would put beef in, put venison in.

We make about 10lbs into meatballs at a time then freeze. Anytime we want spaghetti and meatballs you just grow a package in with a jar of sauce and heat it up

Burgers, spaghetti, meat queso, pretty much everything you would use ground beef in.
