Anything you use hamburger for. Plus.... Buy a pizza kit and make hamburger pizzas with it.

Get a jerky gun and make some jerky. Easy to do and decent snacks. LEM makes good packaged seasoning.

Burgers, lasagna, spaghetti, chili, meat balls, and all the above! I grind most of my venison because of the various ways to use it.

Is it ok to do this with the fat already mixed in? Will it be freezable if vacuum sealed?

Cook it up the exact same way you would chili but with only a drained can of Ro-tel. Use it to mix with scrambled eggs or put it inside an omelette.

Sometimes I like to cook up a few lbs and mix it with a 10lb bag of potatoes, tomatoes and some onions and make like a hash. You can enjoy it the way it is or you can use it for Shepards pie and bake it with corn meal and top with cheese. This is another one of my favorite ways to cook venison during the winter besides making chili

When cooking steak we always marinade and draw what blood we can out. What about ground meat? Is it the same way?

When it thaws quite a bit of blood will come out. But beyond that just cook it. No need to let marinade unless making burgers and want the seasoning to sink in a bit more.

I'm in the same spot you are, got about 5 or 6 pounds to get out of the freezer. Looks like I'll be going back to college with some good ole Hamburger Helper soon!
