Chicken Quesadillas turned out pretty good!
2lbs chicken breast cut up raw,
3- sweet onions
2- bell peppers
1- package of cut baby bellas
Lots of cheese!

Seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Did steaks, sauted veggies and sauted 'shrooms n onions today for lunch... made a Dutch oven bread pudding, but smooth forgot to take a pic of that... Pretty much destroyed it... the rum sauce was over the top this time... still tweaking the puddin' recipe a bit tho.

I have been needing to put a new regulator on my grill but haven't since I bought the griddle. You can get by with just a griddle.
