If you run a feeder please click here

I'm currently working on a new product that will stop Coons and Squirrels from getting to the spinner plate of feeders . I'm not going to go into details on this product but it would completely eliminate the need to have a varmint cage around a normal size 12V motor unit. It will be easy to attach to existing 12v units that have the standard size 12v motor boxes. Standard size is approximately 9" X 7" measured across the top of the box. Yes I know some will say the Eliminator Spin plate does that but for me and many others they don't work good enough. The coons at my places have figured them out and not to mention they are always gumming up and sticking in the down position. I have around 15 feeders with Eliminator plates and they are a constant hassle to keep working right and still don't stop the coons unless I have a varmint cage. So basically my question is, would you be willing to pay $70.00 to Permanently stop coons and squirrels from steeling your corn from the spinner plate and it wouldn't reduce the spread of corn like varmint cages do. I have already built a working sample and just trying to get feedback to see if it's worth manufacturing and selling.

X2. If it works like you say, then it's worth the money IMO

I know it would eventually pay for itself, but $70 × 3 or 4 feeders is steep for most of us. And we have 20 on our lease. That's about as much as a decent spinner unit. Not saying it wouldn't be worth it, just hard to put them on all my feeders. Maybe a couple a year. Good luck with it though. Can't wait to see what you've come up with.

That's my thinking on numbers. I have 10 so maybe a couple at a time.

Something like this feeder can be done to most spin feeders simple and cheap.

What's wrong with the $25 coon cage, been using them for years, no issues.

I would buy them if they worked as stated if I still had regular feeders. Switched to stand n fill so no more coon problems for me.
