I have one and wire you can use.

Stop. Do not take this advice. Goats are terminally stupid animals. Eating them can cause a transfer of intelligence inhibiting properties.

I didn't realize Texas was a fence out state. I'll ping animal control and see what they say.

Yep. We had cow problem and the sheriff was ready to come pick them all up and take them to the auction barn.

There ain't no way those goats would be eatin' my garden... I'd treat 'em just like I would a dang coon or any other varmint in my garden. This would be especially true if the jerk neighbor told me it was "my problem"...

Talk about some laws that need to be changed! It is no longer the 1800s nor reasonable to allow animals to roam freely.

I found this and assume it is current.

I bet those are the new breed of fainting goats called disappearing goats!

                    Kill the goats. Simple.

Then I guess it's razor wire time. And go ahead and juice it up. [emoji6] at what point is a person responsible for their animals?

Have you actually seen them jumping the fence? Raised goats before and never observed one being able to jump our 4.5' fence, much less a 6'. If you haven't seen them jump over, they are going under or through a spot in the fence or they climb up on something on the neighbors side and jump over.

I say, When they do it next time, be ready to get them trapped somehow on your property so they cany leave. When the owned of the goats asks what your doing and wants them back, I would be ready to hand over a bill for all they have done, all they have eaten, "room and board", any other fees you can come up with... Dont give them back until they pay up... and every day, keep adding the new total up.

They are probably climbing the fence. I had one that would scale
a six foot fence like a cat burglar.
His goats are getting out and it's your problem. ??? Heck no !! Call the sheriff and ask them to deal with it. Hopefully they will haul them off to the sale barn.

A T-rex will do the trick.
