That would be exactly what is wrong with society and what is behind these types of incidents. Lack of accountability. These players need to be accountable. The judge needs to be accountable. If he is fired because he holds her accountable for her words then there you go. Problem identified.

What the hell?!?! That judge needs to understand his/her place. They literally just shifted blame of a crime onto another person and practically removed blame from the accused assailant.

I believe coaches are accountable when they encourage behavior, or foster it by ingoring it, but there is no proof here of that. This is a criminal matter and the judge needs to stick to the crime on the docket and keep their personal opinion, personal.

If an "Art Briles" situation persists, Strong should be removed but he has committed no offense. The Judge is losing sight of who is in the wrong here.

Judge sounds like an idiot. Strong runs a tight ship. Those players will be gone. That was one thing he never played around with at Texas was discipline. He kicked a couple,guys off that were later acquitted of sexual assault. They never came back to the team.

He ONLY has responsibility for how he responds to a student athlete breaking the law. Period. If the players have been acting up previously and he didn't lay down the law, then he is accountable. I find it highly unlikely that Strong would let anything slide. He may not be the best coach, which is debatable, but he has never shied away from busting the chops of athletes who acted up. That judge is a complete moron.

My parents were strict, by today's idiotic standards of society, they would be labeled as bad parents because of how strict they were. Me and my brothers were still knuckleheads and did boneheaded crap. It's completely moronic to blame every parent for every kids decisions. Sometimes we do stupid crap. It's not hard to figure out. Sounds like the judge needs a reality check, IMO

Completely unfair. Charlie didn't get it done at UT, but his morality and willingness to enforce team rules were without question in his time in Austin. Doubt that's changed at all.
