My 6.4 was straight pipe from the turbo back, deleted the dpf and muffler. At idle it wasn't any louder in the cab but outside it sounded like blow dryer. Wasn't loud but was a different pitch than stock. Cruising it was slightly louder than stock but still not that noticeable. Now when you buried your foot in the pedal it was a good bit louder, but still nothing like the dodge 5.9's. I don't like loud trucks for daily driving and it was never an issue for me. You can always add a high flow muffler if it's louder than you want.

I can/have smoked the tires down.. (and they aint street tires..)
And passing anything - at any speed...is no problem.
I've made ricers, mustangs and cameros feel bad.
The powers addicting..but I spend 99% of my time in the tow tune...and it will still get out of its own way in a hurry.

If you get the little knob on the dash so you can have towing tunes, everyday tunes, and 1 "That little mother _______, I'll show him a......" tunes.

I have an H&S Mini, and the programmer was $2700. My total bill for the delete was $3200 I think, with some one doing the work.

The smell of the factory trucks when they clean the filter is much more caustic than regular diesel exhaust.
