Astros have dominated their division most of the season but they still need three wins to clinch it. No celebration until they do. I'm sure they will but its not over until the fat lady sings.


Cleveland finally lost a game, lets hope they go into a slump while the Astros climb out of theirs.

Hardly a perennial 100 game loser. Astros have had a ton of success making the playoffs. They have struggled for the last couple of years but they were doing it with nobodies that were paid as nobodies. Everyone knew what they were doing and the plan has worked to this point. Whether or not they have what it takes to win it all, I have no idea. The plan was to lose for a few years (which they accomplished to a huge magnitude) and then win (which obviously they have also done to a degree). Only reason they lost 100 games was to be i position to compete this year and the next 2. After that, will be anyone's guess.
