Official 2017 surf fishing thread

We fished low 30's. I really didn't have a certain spot I wanted to try on this trip. I basically drove till I liked a spot. The first 25 miles had a lot of sargassum on the beach but it didn't look fresh. I decided to drive until it cleared which was close to the 30mm.

10-4! This weekend my old truck is getting new ball joints and a full front end rebuild she should be ready to hammer down!

Hunt Life and I are meeting to night to hammer out plans for our first trip in late March, I've been rebuilding all my senators upgrading drags to new ht-100 style. To say the least I've got bitten by the fishing bug!

Look out the window.
I use swell info, and basic weather reports, as well as any other reports I can come up with.
