Acevedos there now. Complain on the cop, the cop will get fired no matter what his in car camera shows and the ticket will get tossed.

Buddy got hit by one of those cars.
Cop was said to be HPD's #1 revenue generator for traffic tickets.
He's always on 610 south around Reliant.

I saw him give 3 people tickets in a 20 min span on 59 south around Greenway Mercedes just before Christmas.
It was unreal.

It was unreal.

Speed limit through there is 60. Normal traffic flow is typically around 70 and there's plenty that want to go 70 plus. Pretty easy pickins for speeding tickets; especially with the multiple overpasses that make hiding on the downside a breeze.

I'm not a big fan of it, but at the same time, I don't mind them writing a few as it does help keep some people in check.

Deferred judgment. Worked for me cdl as well. Settled for a 280$ non moving violation "expired inspection sticker" all is well and no points

During trial advise the Judge you are stepping out to speak with counsel.........

Do not step back in to the court room, leave.....................

Call back and speak to the prosecutor..................

Prosecutor issues an arrest warrant Failing to Appear........................

Pay the 800 in court costs and the warrant is taken care of and the Speeding ticket is dismissed...........................
