So it looks like Shiner, McLean Bowman, and Briscoe so far. Does anyone have any experience with Briscoe Tordillo or Cochina?

I'd start working on getting on the waiting list at the King ranch. It won't happen by next season - doesn't matter how much money you have - but maybe in a decade. If you get on the trophy list, you're gonna kill a 170 or better and it's all low fence. They may feed protein but I've never seen a protein feeder personally. I've filmed some hunts for people there. Oh my god, the hunting. No place like it.....anywhere

A lot of the king ranch has big deer and a lot of the ranch doesn't have big deer. The better leases and areas seem to be off 141 outside of Kingsville and on parts of the Norias division. I've been on several of these leases/camps and you'd be surprised how good some of the camps are and how slow other camps are. I spent time on one lease a few years ago and on 12,000 are so acres, the best known buck would have grossed about 157". But in one of the better areas this season, one camp killed 2 200"+ in the same weekend and a book typical a few weeks ago.
The Briscoe ranches are the same, they really don't kill very many big bucks on the package hunts. Some of their leases are insanely good, but package hunts are really strict and Briscoe only gives John Austin a few weeks to do all their trophy hunts. They don't get much time to hunt and/or they don't get to cover very much of the area they get to hunt.
Ranches like the king ranch, when you book a hunt your not just hunting deer. Your hunting a particular deer and/or a particular class of bucks. If you want a 170"+ than that's what your going after.
If your really serious about shooting a 170"+ buck, put an ad in the Texas trophy hunter magazine asking for such. You'll be surprised with the responses you get and will probably get pictures of particular bucks emailed to you before you book the hunt to see if you like the deer or not.

Here are criteria:
1. Must be in Texas, but preferably South Texas
2. Low fence (as categorized by at least 1 mile of low height perimeter fencing)
3. Realistic opportunity at 170+ class deer
4. Supplemental feeding is Ok, but no introduced genetics
I'm inquiring only about a package styled hunt, not a season lease. Looking forward to hearing the responses.
TTT.
Thank you for all of the helpful responses so far. Want to add that I know it's a very slim possibility of actually harvesting a 170+ deer on a LF ranch when I am on a package hunt that's limited to 3-4 days total. However, I'm just looking for recommendations on places that have produced great deer in recent years and allow package hunting, which is where I view the potential opportunity for a 170+ is best (whether or not I end up having a chance to take a shot, or much less even see a 170+). Here's my consolidated list so far from all of the responses. Any others are very much appreciated:
Mclean Bowman Ranch
Shiner Ranch
Callaghan Ranch
King Ranch
Alamo Outfitters
San Pedro Ranch
Briscoe Tordillo Ranch
Brisco Cochina Ranch
Old Mexico (generally)
