    2017-2018 Low fence package hunt

Hello all. I'm sure most will view this question as premature given we're in the middle of the 2016 season, but are there any recommendations as to some top quality low fence ranches that offer package hunts?

    Here are criteria:
    1. Must be in Texas, but preferably South Texas
    2. Low fence (as categorized by at least 1 mile of low height perimeter fencing)
    3. Realistic opportunity at 170+ class deer
    4. Supplemental feeding is Ok, but no introduced genetics

I'm inquiring only about a package styled hunt, not a season lease. Looking forward to hearing the responses.

Not many big low fence south Texas ranches that meet that criteria anymore that are package hunted.

LF 170 is an extremely rare animal as I'm sure you know. It could take years and $+ before getting on one, even in STX. We kill one every year in Kansas though. LOL. Good Luck.

Yep, money can buy you just about anything, it's just a matter of how much.

Probably better odds south of the border

I would be open to Kansas, but prefer South Texas since it doesn't require a plane ticket.

I hear Briscoe ranches offer package hunts (Tordillo and Cochina) and I know there are some big deer taken there, just didn't know anyone with recent experience on these ranches or elsewhere.

Lmfao. The advertisements drive me freaking nuts.

I'm interested to see what ranches are recommended and prices. I doubt I can afford a 170 on. low fence. Maybe a 150+ lol
