I took a couple ringnecks out of the freezer last night and breasted them to try to make jerky out of. Now I have heard that they're not good eating so I figured I would use them for some jerky. I'm not sure if that would even be good. After washing my hands and taking a shower I still had the muddy sludge smell on my hands. When I woke up this morning it was still there. Have them marinating in the fridge now.
What can I expect from them? Will the jerky be worth a darn?
