I rather take Miles than Herman

I dont think this is completely off base. Herman is the hot coach with UT ties. Miles though is probably better suited for handling the big boosters, politicians and all of the other circus acts that go on constantly.

That being said Herman will have to say no to UT and if he does Austin will burn down.

They should have never got rid of Mack Brown IMO.

They are back to the 5 year coaches they had in the late 80's/early 90's (McWilliams/Mackovic).

Miles is our safety coach. I don't think he's in the Top 5 but Texas could circle back to him if needed.

Outside of Herman, my other call is Bryan Harsin at Boise. Like Herman, he has seen the Texas job up close.

I agree. I loved Mack. In fact there were Sooner fans taking up a collection to add money to his contract. Now the same is happening for Chuck.
