I am hoping one of these better units will cool down faster and make the whole process go much faster. If I could start packaging and not stop until i'm done, that would be awesome.

I got my VacMaster Pro380 in, and all seems fine so far. I have only sealed a few chip bags, and tried my foodsaver bags to make sure they would work also. It seems to pull a good vacuum and get all the air out. I have a couple backstraps I need to do today or tomorrow, so I'll try to report after i do them. Overall, I'm initally very pleased.

Am I missing something? I held pressure down until it started pulling a vacuum them released the handle as the instructions stated. For $350 I really didnt expect to get a 'bad' vacuum sealer...
