I'm this line of work, we deal with clues and use critical thinking skills. His erratic behavior, the parking of a running vehicle in the middle of the roadway and the PCP vial found in his vehicle = he was on dope. Do I know for sure? Nope but I'd be willing to bet anyone on here $1000 right now, we can do PayPal, that his toxicology shows PCP in his system.
That and another witness on scene had callled to report that guy had stopped his vehicle, jumped out of the car, took off running staying "its gonna blow!"
How many LEO were killed just doing their jobs? That's a stupid argument to bring to the table. I honestly don't believe that 1 LEO out of the thousands we have actually want to kill someone.
Maybe they just want to see her fired even though she doesn't work for them and are using charges to accomplish it.
I my opinion I have seen that in my area a couple of times.
I've also thought about this: There are those cops, we all know them, males and females alike, that shouldn't be cops and can't handle their crap when the darkness stares back. Why they stay cops we don't know. People that work with her, I know none and have no insider knowledge, may just shrug their shoulders about this charge and say some thing to the effect of "saw that coming a mile away." It's bad that these types of cops that I'm talking about exist, but uniforms have to be on the streets and statistically they will never be involved in something like this.

This article is long, but it is a very good and informative. It's written by a African American female police officer from the Dallas area about the Terrance Crutcher shooting in Tulsa.
He asked for examples of compliant citizens shot by police. When he was provided with one, he said it wasn't enough.
I find it funny that even though you spelled it out perfectly and precisely, in an effort to prove yourself as not being obtuse, you don't see what's wrong with your stance.
You know...the definition of obtuse.

You must have missed something and I'm not sure what "stance" you're talking about since TVC wasn't even asking someone else, not me, for those examples. Either way, I'm open to discussion. How would you describe my stance?
