I have to admit I started listening to Mike and Mike in the morning to avoid CNN, FOX, etc news of depression, however, of late I haven't dialed in. I have had enough of all the non-sports related garbage they feel compelled to discuss.

May as well listen to KLBJ am morning radio.

The method of his "stance against social injustice" seems to be more of a publicity ploy rather rather than a true stance. These guys have all the resources in the world to make actual change in these cities with "social injustice", yet this guy who is a one hit wonder QB decides not to devote any of his millions, but rather to sit or kneel during the national anthem to make a statement. To me this is ludicrous because the flag and the national anthem represent the freedoms we have been afforded by the sacrifices of so many men and women. He does have the right to do so, but to me this method of promoting discussion is disrespectful rather than courageous.

ESPN has essentially become a political news channel that has a longer sports section.

Svps show is pretty good, probably comes on too late for most though.

FX1 sports shows are no better. Completely turned off from the NFL right now. I go to sports to get away from that crap.

ESPN is as much left wing liberal crap as NBC.

I used to live on ESPN. Now I just tune in to games that I want to watch, and that is it. I can't even watch pregame or half time anymore.

I watch the games but not the news. They drive me nuts. I feel the same way about Fox Sports now that Skip Bayless is with them. I would love to see someone set his hair on fire and put it out with a wet chain.
