What's your favorite $100 bottle of whiskey?

My sister is getting married to a good guy in April and I want to get him a good bottle of whiskey. Something he normally wouldn't buy himself. Looking to spend around $100 +/-.

I'm not to keen on the high priced alcohols of the world and I know some of you guys have expensive taste. So let's hear em!

I know this may not be in the budget but I think 2 bottles makes a better statement and would be enjoyed. I know that if I were to get one bottle for my wedding, I would simply put it up for another important occasion later down the road. Maybe it's just me?

I like "W.L. Weller" for day to day and for $100 you could almost get him 2 bottles. If you are looking for $100 bottle. Check out some from Pappy Van Winkle Distillery and they make a good product. I have been fortunate enough to try the Pappy 23 and it is awesome but at $2K a bottle it is a little outside of your budget.

Crown makes a special reserve that comes in a white box. It's about $50 a bottle. That would be a great choice as well.
