Do a Goggle Earth search on Lake Diversion, Electra Tx. Talk about some trash! Looks like a landfill. No wonder they want it cleaned up.

Waggoner Ranch residents getting booted
Originally posted by systemnt View PostSucks for the residents. Their beef should be with the previous owners not the new guy.
That being said.. new guy is a still a assclown..and that has nothing to do with the ranch.
Expect to see housing developments and shopping malls on that property very soon.
Waste of Texas History.
I love all this "Black Eye" talk, you guys should do some research on the previous ownership. Not as rosy as some would have you believe. A lot of the Waggoners were spoiled *******s.Last edited by Dale Moser; 08-15-2016, 09:49 AM.

I sure hope karma has it's say in the matter.
This has been coming for a long time, they are looking for a handout. Again it's worth noting.....these are not generational employees of the ranch, just people living on year to year leases that they should have known could expire at any time.

I'd be very curious to know how much the leases were?

The Go Fund Me account set up in the OP's link has only generated $700 out of a $250,000 goal in 9 days. I read the post. Big bad greedy billionaire is ruining their lives.
While I get the history these families have related to the property the reality is all the new owner is asking them to do is leave with plenty of time to prepare for it.
How ironic they are asking for $250K to help them move.
I bet they shoot some nice deer this season....
