I am a kidney cancer survivor, will be 5 years come Novmember. Get the best surgeon you can find and there will be minimal life change.
Prayers for you both cause she will need your strength.

              Lots of prayers Buckshot.

I'm working on my 6th year after losing my right kidney to Renal Cell Carcinoma. It's a kick in the gut emotionally but she'll do fine. Mine was 6. something cm so they checked me quarterly for two years, then two on the half and the last two yearly. No more arthritis medicine which is killing everyday and no aspirin or iboprophen.

Other that stay hydrated and enjoy life!

Were they able to suggest an alternative for Ibuprofen?

That is what started this, back/ hip pain which is arthritis.

I am curious,, did you seek a second opinion?

Her urologist was very straight forward, and she likes him. We are spoda meet with the surgeon on the 16th.
