I have used Midway the last few years and had good luck and service the prices seams a little high but past that its been good, also used Bay Area don't care for their sausage and they way they packaged the meat. I do like Bellville and would use them all the time if it wasen't so far from Pearland

May give them a try again this year as it's just more convenient for me driving back from my lease. Also Perry's doesn't do deer processing any more.

          Chootum!

X2 I've been using Stantons for many years now. Good folks!

Midway was so bad the last few times that I started processing my own. I had pan sausage made from B&W and it was inedible.

I guess different people have different experiences but I like consistency and the only place I've been able to find it is in my kitchen.

Consistency is the key to quality.

I normally do my own but last year had a deer and a hog done by Anite's Meat Market in Pearland. They are near Dixie farm on 518. It is a great family run business. The family is originally from Baton Rouge. They have several different homemade sausages you can buy and try. very reasonable pricing and quick turn around.

Another place I really like is Leo's Cajun corner in galveston.wife don't like the sausage there but everyone including myself love it. "Onion/garlic with extra black pepper"

I have bought some casing from them and lease mate got had his whole deer done there. I will go back. Good people like previously stated.

I used Beaver Creek last year. No complaints at all.
