Deer Processing - Clear Lake, Pearland, Alvin?

Where have you tried and recommend? I have tried Perry's on Scarsdale and Midway in Katy. Not going back to either.

I have used B&W Meat Market in Houston and been happy with their work, prices, and turn around time.

Live south or town. Look forward to additional responses.

B&w is ok. Their garlic link sasuage is awesome. Bay Area meat market in Pasadena is real good. Theres a meath market in Texas City called 9th street. Not sure if they process deer though. Their Jap and cheese is freaking awesome!!

I've used Alan's sausage kitchen in Huffman and am really satisfied with them. I have heard Bay Area near market is good from 2 other friends

It's a drive for you, but if ya head east on I-10, Herrington's and Pure Cajun both make excellent sausage and are very reasonable. Located in Winnie, Tx.

We've been using Stanton's in Alvin, probably the most convenient and dependable for you. We tried to use Bay Area Deer Processing in Pasadena last year but their smoke house burned. May give them a try again this year as it's just more convenient for me driving back from my lease. Also Perry's doesn't do deer processing any more.

Jr's in Wharton a bit of a drive but for you but this place did my deer last year. And I have no complaints at all.

I've tried Midway (had to throw all the sausage away!), Bay Area in Pasadena, they were OK. Juniors in Highlands is pretty good, but now I take everything to Bellville Meat market. If you live close to Deer Park and want to try Bellville during deer season I'm usually going up there every weekend, just drop meet off at the house and I will take it, and pick it up when ready. Not really out of the way plus good excuse to eat one of their sandwiches.

Doreks sucks! Wasted 2 deer there once....never again.

Stantons, C&R do a good job. Never tried Greaks cause that place is so packed you can't get in there.

Granzins south of New Braunfels is worth the drive! Best I've had.
