        Nope, it says they share a ray. Not what is the "shared ray." The answer can be 17 or 63, assuming absolute angular measurements. (i.e. They didn't specify + degrees are clockwise and - degrees are counter clockwise)

                    Because you're stuck inside the box. You're assuming one is the baseline of your degree measurement which no where does it say that It's simply adding the 2 degrees for an answer of 63
