Like many said above. Depends greatly on the situation. If it's not in the 13" area, and I'm sitting there with my recurve then yes take the shot. He's young and will eat well, plus I would have to tan the hide. On a HF property mostly no. Let him go and hope to really see what he tuns into.
If I'm hunting with my compound or rifle he would more then likely get a pass as well.
All just opinions. but cool looking deer regardless.
