    Ill go ahead and tell you straight up just is not a whitetail. I don't need to explain why because others have proven it a few times way better than I could. I think it's either a Sambar Rusa
    Or Barasinga. There is no question that it is not a whitetail. Hunt hard and kill it!

                            I lived on the 777 Ranch and mounted Pere Davids, Barasinga, white tail, rusa, axis, sika, elds, and I have no idea. I even looked up a silk(elk/sika) cross and its not that either. Im going to steal the picture and ask some other taxidermy friends.

                              That's a young red stag all day long. The brushy neck and horn formation are a dead give away.
