I don't see it being a WT. Tail is not right, and it appears to have a dark coloration on it's forward neck/shoulder area, and I don't see any hocks. If that were a normal "mature" whitetail anywhere in the state, this time of year, the hocks would be black to his feet. Not only are these not black, it doesn't appear they are even there. For instance, an axis or sika deer have no traditional hock on the inside of their rear legs... This is what I see here. Don't have a clue what species of deer it is, but I sure don't think it's a WT. Thing is as big as an elk almost...
The game camera is in the same spot in relation laterally to the feeder, but a heck of a lot lower to make the second deer look like a monster.
This is why you always want to be as low as possible when taking your Ldp's in relation to your kill.
I get what you are saying but I don't think so. Look at the bottom of the motor box on the right hand feeder. You can see the same amount of the bottom enclosure on both pictures.

I guess I didn't do a very good job explaining the first to round. I may be wrong and I have no idea if it's a WT or not I just don't see how zooming in would effect this view on both pics.
Zooming in on one wouldn't create the same or different view of the bottom of these pics IMO.
You see what I was talking about above? How does this change with zooming in or out? I am not being a smart A**, I honestly am curious if you could have a picture taken at two different angles and achieve the same view by just zooming in. To me it seems like the underside of the circled area would be skewed if the camera took pictures at vastly different angles.

Agreed...
and Why does it not have a lighter color on the belly? Inner legs are light colored, but belly is not colored like a white-tail.
