What would be really funny is if you are complaining what a land owner is doing on his place that is disturbing your LEASE. Hope that's not the case cuz that would be classic. If you own the.place and he is truly your neighbor, have a brew with the guy and maybe he will consider your hunt next time.

So many have posted that the deer get use to it. For me it is not about the deer getting use to it as much as it is my peace and quite getting interrupted every day both early morning and late evening.

If they hear it enough I think critters get used to it.

          Own it in my case.

As far as if it were a lease, there is a landowner and that could affect income.
But in the end, the op was just saying that it sucked. We all know that they have every legal right to do that. But we also know that legal and right are not mutually inclusive.
Same goes with "neighbor" and "adjacent landowner"

Where were you Saturday night? I could have used that same advice. Lol.
But i would never jack with graysonhogs like this dude is. Graysonhogs might only be 5'4" tall but he is Chuck Norris illegitimate son.

The action just depends on the situation. Talk to the owner, change your hunting times, sell or move to another lease...
That's probably the most intelligent and eloquently stated response to this issue I've seen. When people say "oh, well just find a bigger place to hunt" it makes me want to bang my head against a wall. Wouldn't we ALL find a bigger place to hunt if not for that pesky little thing about cost?

Well Mitch, you've read what the pro's have to say about it. It doesn't bother the deer one bit and it's time to pack up and find a "bigger" place. Shame on you for being annoyed at your neighbor and hunting 400 yards from him!

had a place once where they target practiced all the time, I know how you feel.
Had a guy the other day at 6 am run his 4wheeler by my fence line for about 15 minutes and it sounded like he didn't have much of a muffler. I am sitting about 250 yards from the fence line and it sounded like he was right on top of me. It can be frustrating for sure but guess there is not much you can do. I never saw a deer that one morning. Some folks were just not raised with many manners.

Need some help on my place, about 15 to 20 shooters to target practice during shooting hours. Neighbors, one place is leased and the other is owned, kill anything that looks like a deer. Apparently a 4 point is trophy material anymore. Havent seen a mature buck in 3 years.
