hope to do my first duck hunt this year and alot more next year, can anyone explain how a duck lease works, and any advice where to look

you lease a blind for thousands of dollars for 60 days
fight Mosquitos , snakes, and deer flies
watch nutria and alligators steal your floating dead ducks
sometimes deal with neighboring blinds who can't call and shoot Hail Mary shots at ducks 90 yds away
and pray for cold weather and rain to move birds
that sums it up
