Pigs came out first light. It's hard to hold a 10 year old off. BOOM!, dead pig. Plenty of time left. 30 mins later, two does come near but take off with the neck stretched down, "can't get me" run. I tell him a buck will be coming pronto. And out comes...a spike. He knew it was a legal buck. Hard to hold a 10 year old off any legal buck. BOOM! Dead spike. Good morning & happy kiddo. We'll go for that buck again soon.
