easiest way for alot of people to tell is when the ears are out straight and the horns are past the point of the ears you can bet hes over 13"

The bad part, I've measured bucks alert ears at 15 inches... maybe even a hair more once

I've measured em as small as 12 though also on smaller body deer...

Gotta apply a few other things than just ears.

To me that deer is 14-15 inside just looking at it. Not paying much attention to ears.
