yes I plan to sit all day if my butt will allow it. I'm using a Game tamer I hope its easy to stand , I also have a lone wolf climber just in case.

I'll be there next Thu. Found a decent spot this past Sun. Might do some final scouting Sun depending on the weather. I'm sitting all day, at least I plan to. First time to hunt alone and I'm gonna use every second.

They won't close it down until Thursday, so you're good to go.

They close it Thu from what the regulations say. I read them again yesterday, only reason I know. So you should be able to scout Mon.

Seg B here. I will be out there all this weekend looking. Went Sunday and found a great spot, just not sure it is worth the work.

I can confirm that the gates close at 2 pm Thursday afternoon and don't open again until Monday morning. So scout monday, hang Thursday and hunt the rest of the weekend!! Good luck all!

I didn't realize the gate closed the first time I hunted Sandy and we had a LONG walk to the stand that Friday morning lol.

Saw a huge boar while scouting yesterday lots of other hog sign all over. Hogs are there and are liking the puddles and soft dirt post rain.

What gates do they close for the hunts? I've only hunted hogs and i can't remember them closing any gates
