I'm right there with you Systemnt. It is impossible to know until you are in the situation but if you are confident of the shot.....shoot. The leg being back at that distance wouldn't bother me cause I'm going right through the shoulder blade. The deer prolly wouldn't 20-30 yards so the it doesn't matter if it is neighbors fence. The drag back under the fence wouldn't be too far!

but no, he's moving, his shot side leg is back and covering vitals too much and for me to want to take that shot I'd want a much harder quarter away.
I'm assuming he's going into a pen or just crossing a fence and get him on the other side . . . . he lives for a few more minutes
