                              I think I'd pass. Probably had a better opportunity before he got to the fence, and may have a better one on the other side of the fence, assuming the other side is "in bounds." The shot could be made, probably, but it seems risky IMO.

                                @ that elevation I would say wait for him to stand up on the other side of the fence then shoot him. He will be in motion going under the fence so I wouldn't try it in that position. Also if that is a boundary fence no way.
