Shark Attacks

They have to eat. Put humans on their dinner plate and humans get bit. Couple ways to stop it and neither is gonna happen. Kill off all sharks or humans stay out of water, or just exept the fact that we are gonna have these encounters. Go play in a lions den see what happens, Mess with beehive, play with pit vipers all simple facts to me. Don't understand why millions are gonna be spent to look for a answer that ain't there.

Sharks are predators....predators look for easy meals. Soft skin and slow swimming makes for easy meals. Shocking, isn't it

They are doing what sharks do this time of year, follow the bait migration and eat.

Watch some Discovery sometime. I'm not saying a shark never ate human flesh before. Have you ever seen sharks feeding? A human would not stand a chance and certainly wouldn't get away if the shark was trying to eat them.

WWII was a long long time ago when there were lots of sharks, maybe even overpopulated plus there was lots of blood in the water etc. Certainly a rare event.

Does anyone really think when a great white bites a surf board and maybe the person on the board that the person gets away because he out swims or out smarts the shark? It's not rocket science, the shark tastes and says blah..not fatty enough..and swims off.

It is well documented that shark attacks on humans usually end with one bite (then they let go) which can be pretty darn devastating depending on the size of the shark. The question is, why just one bite? That leads to believe that humans are not what they were after.

Don't come here with facts that stop the sharks are trying to eat our babies and take over the world theories. Sharks want to kill you. They just wait in the water like in the movies to attack people

The people are just tougher than the sharks which is why they only get in one bite.
