Probably initially boat not provided but access to bring your own boat with a concrete boat ramp. Do have some john boats available but no motors etc... Pretty much just access and exclusive fishing. Kinda like a do it yourself bow hunt.

Question for you guys.... Would any of y'all pay to have total access for a weekend of fishing ... Lake to yourself, lodging included . .. For the opportunity for a 10lb+ bass. Catch and release. Curious .. Dad was asking.

Yes! for sure... Private lakes that are well stocked are awesome. I would pay just to take my dad and see him catch a good one!

Yep, in the future more and more serious fishermen will pay to play. Public waters just getting too crowded.

Yep. For a weekend with my dad and my boys.......definitely if the price isn't crazy.
