Jenn thank you for what you did, that is a thankless job. We often times have to escort CPS to these homes. CPS is a very necessary evil (I mean that with all due respect, I'm glad that entity exists) and their workers are like anyone else in any other job, there are good ones and bad ones. Lately I have been getting 1-2 investigations a week for BS calls. I know some of them were called in for good reason and I can tell others are just someone trying to **** someone off.

CPS has a dirty job to do.. I personally don't like many of their techniques and I certainly don't care for most of their actions.. Or at least the FEAR they instill in parents today...

Folks is afraid to discipline their children and kids know it... I've heard kids threaten their parents with CPS...

As a note: my oldest daughter once threatened me with it; if I spanked her.. I looked up the number and dialed the phone for her...

I don't think it's necessarily parents per-se. Parents are adults raising children.

It's adults having children and abandoning the children, leaving them on their own, as these irresponsible parents continue through life, creating a wake of irresponsibility behind them.

And then these kids become one with THUG LIFE. Thug life takes them in, it's their new parent, fueled by crime. The oldest Thugs become the father figure, that man of the house they never had.

It's RAP & the Entertainment business - glorifying THUG LIFE, which depicts crime, as a lifestyle. It's big money, billions of dollars of money to those, who can manipulate it as an acceptable behaviour, so the few can continue to make millions on the lives, caught up in it's STREET CRED, STREET COOL - THUG IMAGE.

It started in the 80s and developed into murder and mayhem in the 90s. Drive-by shootings became part of the creed.

Through the 90s - Now, what was mostly part of the Black Community, spilled over into the White and Hispanic communities.

When you choose to wear clothing and tatoos that DEPICT HARD CORE STREET THUG LIFESTYLE, as your CREED TO BEING COOL. And this CREED filters throughout all communities as totally acceptable, you end up here.

The THUG LIFE Science Experiment is now starting develope into a disrespectful culture of nasty little people who don't care about anything. And their problems are blamed on everyone else and the system.
