Gang Dang (Red Curry) with basil, bamboo, peppers and chicken is the bomb. Try the coconut soup with the mushrooms and chicken too

I have had the various Chinese versions, Korean, Japanese and Viet foods. They are all great and I love them all.... but Thai is better.

They have some great curry dishes that differ from Indian curry. I like green curry that is usually a little sweeter as a favorite but the others are good. I have eaten more than 30 different Thai dishes at a local restaurant and have yet to have something that I didn't like.

The biggest problem that I have with Thai food is deciding what to get.

Don't forget the peanut sauce on the pad Thai. Beef curry is also pretty good.

Balut and raw pigs blood are huge dishes for the Thai folks............I cant do either.......and being from Louisiana I will usually eat anything.
Oh, Balut is 15 day old chicken eggs (yes the little chick is in there) with spices and vinegar!
