Had an exterminator tell me that if you are vacuuming up dead ones and the insecticide powder that killed them, you don't need to throw out the bag as the insecticide is inside with any live ones you've sucked up.

A friend of mine has fleas in his carpet. He said someone told him to put a plate of water with some soap in it on the carpet to get rid of them. When I was over there the plate had about 50 dead ones in it and he told me he cleaned it out the night before.

You need to pick up some cedarcide this stuff is amazing. We had a flea problem at our house so I picked some of this stuff up. I sprayed our yard and I sprayed the inside of our house and the dogs. We were free from fleas in a few days this stuff kills the adults and the eggs. I spray it on myself as a insect repellent it keeps them off of you. Cedarcide is an amazing product. Go to Cedarcide.com and order it you won't be sorry.

It it doesn't matter what Insecticide you use. If it doesn't have an IGR in it, you are not elimination the eggs. That's why you keep hearing people say that they keep treating there Home, and the Fleas keep coming back. There are some things that we tell our Customers to do before we treat there Homes. Pick all cloths and clutter off the floors. Sweep and vacuum the entire area. All cloths, sheets, blankets need to be washed. Vacuums need to be emptied. Take the floor mats out and clean them well.

Spray with permethrin the same ingredient in Precor and cheaper if bought in concentrate. Same thing that is used in dairy barn auto spray systems. Safe for people and pets except birds and fish. You can spray inside and outside. Lasts about 2 weeks.
You can buy permethrin concentrate at any feed store.
I spray it directly on my dogs if I see them scratching bugs.
