Bison an yeti

So was lookin at the roadie coolers cause If I remember right brute/bison were supposed to be much cheaper then yeti but the yetis are only $20 an I like yetis latches better am I missing somethin or did I misremember?

I think the best thing about the Bison Coolers are the latches. Much better than Yeti imo.

It seems like when I looked at the small Brutes, they didn't have a drain plug but I could be wrong. I love my Roadie

No drain plug on the 25qt Bison. Bison latches are superior in my opinion, but to each their own. True to size dimensions on the Bison as well. Great company ran by stand up folks.

this. I keep my 25qt in the back of the truck and fill up with ice on monday mornings then again thurday morning in the summer, mon-sat when its cold

plus I'll pay for an American made product over something from the Philipines any day of the week

I prefer Yeti latches as well, and Yeti coolers overall. They've been worth the extra few bucks.

Where on earth can you buy one? Talk about a rinky dink website...its awful and gives the impression that they don't really want to sell one....lol.
No mention of dealers and you can't buy one on their site.

I'm also giving heavy consideration to the yeti an brute soft paks where there's a bigger price difference between the two

At the moment, you have to call the number on the website to buy anything from them. They haven't spent much time on the website. It does suck a lot. The owner is a good friend of ours and we have been helping him get the cooler out in the mainstream. Great product for much much less than most other coolers.

Yes. Brute/Bison has gone through 4 price increases since I became a dealer. Sales have dropped off accordingly...

Cool. There really is a market for a lower priced roto-molded cooler. Hopefully they can get e-commerce set up on their site soon.

They are working on it right now. Look into them. You won't be disappointed I assure you.
