Had a guy sell 63 acres with minerals for $25,000 and didn't buy it. My cousin bought it and has 3 piplelines and 8 wells on it right in the Eagle Ford.

      Lots of things

Lifetime license when they first started

A few property deals that I was too chicken to gamble on

One that stings the most was a Yenko camaro for $2500. Only thing wrong with it was it needed a set of tires and wheels as they had been stolen off of it for the second time.
That was back in the late 80's and I think I will get up and go puke now since I am reminded of it

I sold a gun to a friend of a friend that my dad gave me... Worst one probably- I think he might let me trade him another shotgun and get that one back however

I posted 2nd, must have been seconds too late, for a $200 AK47 on here

Me two other tbhers didn't hunt for the first Saturday in 4 weeks last year and a frickin kudu showed up on trail pis at 8:30 that morning

Had a chance to buy some vacant land near a lake that the seller was asking $150,000 for. Now it's valued at over 1 M. I mainly wanted it for cattle but unfortunately there has been and still is a bad meth problem in the area. It would've been extremely risky to leave anything unattended on that property for very long. Probably best that I didn't get it. The buyer put most of the land back on the market within five years and couldn't sell it. They wanted to keep five acres to build a house on.

Trying to get money out of the bank, someone bought a 1974 Gran Torino out from under me when I was in college. That hurt.

Some guy in a parking lot tried to sell me a NIB high end HD projection tv and NIB six foot screen. He wanted $800 and I offered him $300. He said fine so I called the wife and she talked me out of it. It could of been a scam, who knows. But the products were in mint condition. I should of just pulled the trigger and not called the wife.

In the mid 80's I had a chance to buy a lot on the Frio by Comanche Crossing for 6000.
Backed out at the last minute .

Yeah, I knew the guy who bought it and there wasn't (much) hard feelings.
