What deal did you miss out/pass on that you regret?

Was looking at the coleman stove/lantern thread and it reminded me of a really cool very old big coleman lantern that had a metal reflector in an antique shop in KS. I didn't have the funds at the time but it wasn't that expensive. I always thought I would stop back in and pick it up. I wound up moving and never did.

So what deal did you pass up or miss that you wish you had got?

There are many. Had an opportunity to buy in to a surgery center and did not do it. Now a cash cow. Had a guy needing money one day that had an older browning citori with two barrel sets. Mint condition. Only wanted $600. I have learned that you need to jump on a good deal when available. That is why I bought my jeep. Good deal and exactly what I wanted. Jumped on it.

My father came to spend Christmas with us last year. He and his girlfriend were planning a trip to Hawaii in the spring. He is not very computer Savvy so on Christmas day we were looking at what flights he could take to get there. Something real strange was going on as I was seeing round-trip flights to Hawaii for less than $100. I knew that wasnt right and joked with him that I should book some flights for my family to go during spring break.
Come to find out there was a serious issue I believe it was with Delta that day and the internet pricing. Came out on the news the next day that they were going to honor all flights purchased during that time.

Way back in my youth, I bought a complete Dan Wesson Pistol Pack in excellent condition for $350. Traded it a few months later for a worn out Colt 1911 .45 auto because I just HAD to have one.
