Real World Thunderhead Broadhead Review

Thunderheads are all I have ever shot. Killed a spike this weekend and he was quartering to a little more than I thought. Hit his front shoulder and drove through for a complete pass through. Good blood trail and he was less than 40 yards away. Great solid broadhead! I use the O-ring with no troubles at all.

I used Thunderheads for years but switched to QAD Exodus this year to try something new. Only complaint I ever had with the Thunderheads was I went through a lot of replacement blades. The rocks in the hill country were hard on them.

The rocks are gonna be hard on any BH. I just recently destroyed 3 Stickland Helix BHs in Rocksprings all do to... ROCKS lol.
