Brown the meat slightly in a skillet with some butter. I like to cut mine in strips.
Mix up one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushroom.
Lay the breast meat in a pan and drizzle the "mix" over the meat and turn the oven on to 350 and cook for 30-45 minutes until the mix has a light glaze over the top and bubbling nicely.
Whoop you up some rice of your choice and spread your meat and the goods all over the rice!

My buddy did it with pheasant in college now I do it with quail, yard bird, turkey, pheasant...

X2, but cut into strips and batter them up. You'll want to take the other 19 out after that.

All these folks that don't like the taste of wild meat and still go hunting drive me up the wall. If you shoot it, eat it!!!!! Yeah, it's different, but it's still good. Shoot all them weirdo foodie freaks in California pay up big time for it. Last I looked, feral hog was going for between 15 and 20 buck a pound. Some folks here just shoot em and leave em lay. I ain't one of em.

We love to grill the breast. We cut the breast into strips and then fill each strip With a slice of onion and jalapeño and wrap it in bacon. Cook them over indirect heat. It's delicious!!

Turkey legs are good eats. I prefer to make carnitas out of mine. They fall off the bone and make for some tasty tacos.

Turkey breast is also easy. Any fried preparation you like will be delicious.

I cut up the breasts into chunks and gently pan fry them until almost done. Then get two Pillsbury pie crusts. One crust in the bottom of the pie pan. Mix turkey with a can of mixed veggies and a can of either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. Mix and pour into pie pan. Second pie crust on top. Cook for 45 mind at 350. Wild turkey pot pie. Yum

As everyone else has said they are good, legs are super tough and should be slow cooked/soup. The difference between store bought and wild to me is about the same as a store bought chicken vs one you raised at home. A little tougher ( barely ) with a slightly different texture ( better to me, not as mushy ) but tastes better.
