Brown the meat slightly in a skillet with some butter. I like to cut mine in strips.
Mix up one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushroom.
Lay the breast meat in a pan and drizzle the "mix" over the meat and turn the oven on to 350 and cook for 30-45 minutes until the mix has a light glaze over the top and bubbling nicely.
Whoop you up some rice of your choice and spread your meat and the goods all over the rice!
My buddy did it with pheasant in college now I do it with quail, yard bird, turkey, pheasant...
