Same here....love me some Amazon. Their Prime 2 day shipping is the best... The wife started the account for her books, videos and Kindle stuff and I use her Prime shipping for all my purchases. I use Amazon more than Ebay these days. No problems so far in 5+ years of shopping with them.

I use Amazon Prime a lot and have had generally good experience.

However, we did have a problem once with some white towels. My wife had found a brand of white towels she likes to use for our beach rentals that were well made and economical. When she went to re-order the Amazon seller sent a cheaper brand and had labeled the shrink wrap with brand she thought she was ordering. She sent them back and were sent another batch of the cheap towels with the wrong label. She sent those back also. We ended up getting our money back but it was a hassle to have to keep ordering and returning towels that were deceitfully mislabeled.
